DrawPix is built to run entirely on your device. This policy explains what that means in practice.

DrawPix does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. The app does not require an account, does not ask for your name, email, location, or contacts, and does not include any third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.

1. All drum physics and draw results are calculated on your device.
2. Your settings (ball count, colors, drum speed) are stored locally on your device only.
3. Nothing you do inside DrawPix is sent to Ford Telecommunications Inc. or any third party.

DrawPix does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. Apple's standard App Store operation (such as crash diagnostics you opt into at the OS level) is governed by Apple's own privacy policy, not this one.

Because DrawPix collects no personal information from any user, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.

DrawPix is a physics-based lottery ball drum simulator, provided for entertainment purposes only. DrawPix is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any official lottery, game, or drawing, and it does not predict, influence, or improve the odds of any real-world lottery or game of chance.

Ford Telecommunications Inc. grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use DrawPix on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app except where permitted by law
• Use DrawPix to represent, advertise, or facilitate any real gambling, betting, or lottery service
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app or its content
• Use the app in any way that violates applicable law

DrawPix is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ford Telecommunications Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of DrawPix. DrawPix results have no bearing on real-world lottery or gaming outcomes, and no liability is accepted for decisions made based on the app.

We may update DrawPix or these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

DrawPix simulates a real lottery drum: balls tumble under realistic physics, then draw out one at a time. No account, no setup — open the app and start a draw.

How do I start a draw? Tap the drum to set the balls tumbling, then tap again to release a draw. The number of balls and draw count are set in the app's settings panel.

Can I change the ball set or colors? Yes — open Settings from the main screen to adjust ball count, color sets, and drum speed.

Is DrawPix connected to any real lottery? No. DrawPix is an independent physics simulator for entertainment purposes and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any official lottery, game, or drawing.

The drum is stuttering or lagging. Close other apps running in the background and make sure DrawPix is updated to the latest version from the App Store.
